Is BASE Vegan & Cruelty Free?

Absolutely! We’re committed to beauty without harm, which means our formulations are completely free from animal-derived ingredients.

Do BASE Products Contain Parabens & Sulphates?

Not at all! Our formulas are only made with ingredients that are essential to improving your skin. That means no parabens, sulphates, or any other nasties.

Do BASE Products Contain Fragrances?

Nope! All our products are fragrance free, making them safe and gentle for sensitive skin.

Are BASE Products Safe to use During Pregnancy or While Breastfeeding?

Most of our products are safe to use! However, the Dream Clean Cleanser and One Cream Wonder shouldn’t be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding due to the Retinol in their formulas.

Is BASE Suitable For My Skin Type?

Yes! BASE is designed for all skin types and skin tones. So, whether you have dry, oily, combination, normal or sensitive skin, BASE is for you!

Are There Any Skin Conditions That BASE Is Not Suitable For?

Our products aren’t suitable for the following skin conditions; Acne, Melasma, Rosacea, Eczema & Psoriasis. If you’re unsure whether BASE is right for you, feel free to email us with a photo of your skin and Amy will personally take a look.

Are BASE Products Suitable For Men?

Absolutely!

How Do I Know When My Products Expire?

Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) logo on the packaging, showing either 12M or 24M. This means the product should be used within 12 or 24 months after opening.

Is BASE Made In The UK?

All our skincare formulas are proudly manufactured in the UK to support local businesses and reduce our carbon footprint.

Is BASE Packaging Recyclable?

We’ve carefully designed our skincare in glass bottles and jars for easy recycling, along with recyclable cardboard courier boxes and outer packaging. However, the pumps on our bottles aren’t recyclable yet - this is something we’re actively working
