How long until I start to see results?

Expect visible results in 6-8 weeks. By this time your skin will have completed 1-2 skin cycles, revealing increased radiance, softer lines and an even skin tone and texture.

How long does the Kit last?

Your Kit is made to last 8-12 weeks. Some products will require a top-up sooner than others and we will send you an email when we suspect you’re running low.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

Yes it's suitable for all skin types including dry, oily, combination, normal and sensitive.

Is it suitable for all skin conditions?

It's not suitable for the following skin conditions; acne, melasma, rosacea, eczema or psoriasis.

Can I use other skincare products alongside my Kit?

The short answer is no, simply as your skin won’t need them! The products and ingredients in the Kit are perfectly balanced and deliver everything your skin needs. Any additional products risk disrupting the routine and impacting your results.

Is the retinol safe for sensitive skin?

Yes it certainly is! We specifically use a gentle form of retinol so that you can use it daily for all the rejuvenating results, without any irritation at all.

Can I use the Kit whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

As the Dream Clean Cleanser and One Cream Wonder contain retinol, we do not recommend them whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. All the other products are safe though and can be purchased individually.

Is the Kit fragrance free?

Yes it certainly is! Fragrance in skincare can be highly irritating to sensitive skin so for this reason, we leave it out to ensure you have the best experience.
