Is there a limit to the number of BASE Points I can earn?

Not at all! Your loyalty is priceless, and there’s no cap on how many points you can collect.

Do my BASE Points expire?

Your points are valid for 12 months, so you’ll have plenty of time to put them to good use!

When are points awarded for purchases?

Points are added to your account 14 days after a purchase is made. They’ll be applied automatically. If you don’t see your points after 14 days, just reach out to hello@baseskncare.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I use my BASE Points on top of a discount code?

Only one discount or offer can be used per transaction, so we recommend choosing the option that gives you the biggest savings!

What happens if I, or a friend I refer, cancels or returns their order?

If an order is cancelled or returned, any pending points related to it will be removed from your account. You can find more details on points statuses here.

What do 'approved', 'pending' & 'cancelled' statuses mean?

• Approved: These points are ready to use and can be redeemed right away.
• Pending: These points are waiting to be verified before they can be redeemed. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
• Cancelled: These points won’t be added to your account. For example, if a purchase is cancelled, the points will move from pending to cancelled.
