Does the cloth come with the cleanser?

We include one So-Soft Face Cloth with every cleanser to ensure you have the complete cleansing experience.

Can I use it to double cleanse?

The Dream Clean Cleanser has a nourishing, cream texture which is perfect for double cleansing. It melts away all traces of makeup and daily grime whilst keeping your skin perfectly balanced.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

Yes it's suitable for all skin types (dry, oily, combination, normal), however it's not suitable for the following skin conditions; acne, rosacea, eczema or psoriasis.

Is it safe to use around your eyes?

It certainly is! The formula is gentle enough to use around this delicate area, just be mindful not to get it in your eyes.

How often should I wash the So-Soft Face Cloth?

For best results, we recommend changing your face cloth daily. Start with a fresh one each morning, leave it to dry during the day, use it again for your evening routine, then pop it in the wash and start afresh tomorrow.

Why is it fragrance free?

Fragrance in skincare can be highly irritating to sensitive skin. For this reason, we leave it out to ensure you have the best skincare experience.

Can I use the Cleanser whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

As the Dream Clean Cleanser contains retinol, we do not recommend it whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
